Each year, ASICS releases the GEL-Kayano, bringing the Rebel partnership to life, I helped oversee the creative rollout of the latest model launch across digital, social, and in-store touchpoints.

Rebel 40 Years Strong

For over 40 years, rebel has been a trusted part of the Australian sporting landscape, the place where generations of families purchased their first pair of football boots, running shoes, or even a ballet leotard.

As the way we move continues to evolve, rebel remains committed to being at the heart of Australian sport and culture for the next 40 years and beyond.

As part of this legacy, I developed a logo creative that incorporated a stylised running track, a nod to movement, progression, and community. This creative not only paid tribute to Amart’s original logo lockup, but also helped bridge the transition to the rebel brand we recognise today.

Rebel Sport - Cricket

The Cricket business unit at Rebel Sport was in need of a refresh to better engage a younger audience. I developed a creative concept that highlights the three main types of cricket balls Rebel offers. The visual direction captures the fast-paced energy of the game, showcasing the motion of the ball as it’s bowled or hit by a bat. The use of bold, dynamic colours helps the design resonate with a younger demographic. This refreshed cricket look has now been rolled out across the Rebel website and in-store point of sale displays.

Rebel Sports EOFY Sale

Rebel Sport's EOFY sale is one of the biggest sales of the year, demanding impactful visuals to grab attention, the EOFY sale is held between June and July.
Design elements were used to highlight large discounts on a vast selection of sporting goods.

Christmas Catalogue

As the lead designer for Rebel Sports' annual holiday season catalogue, I collaborated with all business units and stakeholders of the company.
In designing the catalogue I curated the top sales and product specials that Rebel has for the holiday season, aiming to achieve the best sales outcome across the Super Retailer Group.

The catalogue is distributed nationally, with over 5000 copies printed and available for viewing online. The holiday season campaign is subsequently promoted on all social channels and through regular CRM to connect with all touch points for the customer during the holiday season.

Gather Round Activation

The Rebel Sport Gather Round activation created a vibrant hub where the community could come together to watch all live AFL Gather Round games in one place. I designed the signage to be bold and engaging, ensuring it captured attention and enhanced the overall experience, while providing Rebel Sport with a strong and meaningful presence within the space.
